Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because nobody reads 20-page privacy policies.
Gravant Labs LLC ("we", "us") is a Delaware limited liability company located at 300 Delaware Ave. Suite 210 #442, Wilmington, DE 19801.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, you provide your name, email address, company name (optional), and a message. That's it. We don't ask for payment information, social security numbers, or anything sensitive on this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers log basic technical data when you visit:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Pages you visited and when
- Referring URL (where you came from)
We use this data to understand how people use the site and to fix problems. We don't use it to identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide through the contact form to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Follow up about potential work together
We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't give it to data brokers. We don't add you to email marketing lists unless you specifically ask us to.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies. We don't run third-party ad trackers or retargeting pixels.
If we add analytics tools in the future (like Google Analytics or similar), we'll update this section. For now, the site is simple and doesn't track you across the web.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Three.js library from a CDN. These services may collect basic technical information (like your IP address) per their own privacy policies. We don't control that.
If you click our LinkedIn link, LinkedIn's privacy policy applies once you're on their site.
Data storage and security
Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We store your information on secure systems and retain it only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or fulfill a business relationship.
No system is 100% secure. We take reasonable precautions, but we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we have about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
Just email info@gravantlabs.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of. For access or deletion requests, email us at the address above.
International visitors
This site is operated from the United States. If you're visiting from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
If you're in the EU/EEA, we process your data based on legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry). You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to processing. Contact us or your local data protection authority if you have concerns.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know.
